Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Lost signal. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.

Processing Time All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Domestic Shipping (South Africa) We offer shipping to all major cities and towns across South Africa. Estimated delivery time is 5–10 business days after dispatch. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

International Shipping We ship internationally to selected countries. Estimated delivery time is 10–21 business days after dispatch, depending on your location. International shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Please note that any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by your country are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery status.

Delays Lost signal is not responsible for shipping delays caused by customs, courier services, or circumstances beyond our control. We will do our best to keep you informed if any delays occur.

Lost or Damaged Orders If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at komodiselle@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.
